Yes. Every piece in our collection goes through a stringent authentication process by our in-house experienced team before it is listed. We check hardware, stitching, date codes, and provenance to ensure each item is 100% genuine. For clients who requireadditionalassurance, we also work with third party professional authenticators who can provide official certificates at anadditionalcost upon request.
Send us photos of your item along with details such as the name, colour, material, size, condition, and what it comes with. We will provide a consignment payout or buyout quote. Once agreed, drop your item off at our Orchard Central showroom or arrange a local pickup. Items go through authentication and condition checks before being listed on our platform, typically within 1–4 working days.
Yes. We offer a layaway payment plan where a 30–50% non-refundable deposit secures your item, with 4–8 weeks to complete the remaining balance. Your order will be shipped once full payment has been received.
Our showroom is located at Orchard Central #04-02, 181 Orchard Road, Singapore 238896, open daily from 10.30am to 7pm (nearest MRT: Somerset Station). We strongly advise booking an appointment prior to your visit so we can attend to you more efficiently. We also ship locally within Singapore and internationally.
Yes. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, typically 2–3 working days for processing and 3–8 working days for delivery, subject to each country's customs clearance. We ship to countries including the United States, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and most European countries.
